Keith Stewart
MRSS(T), NI Dan JKA,

Keith started studying martial arts in 1974, gained his second Dan Black belt in Karate Do, and represented Aberdeen & Scotland for the Karate Union of Great Britain. Keith practised this way for ten years, before moving on in1984 to the subtle healing arts of Shiatsu, Yoga and Zen meditation.
Qualified in Shiatsu as a registered practitioner in 1988 and in 1991 as a registered teacher with the Shiatsu Society Great Britain and gained a Yoga teachinng diploma from the ACTC ( The late Ian Scorgie, modern day founder of Yoga in Sctland)
In 1992 he co founded the Aberdeen School of Shiatsu and Complementary healing.
Also in 1992 he first met and was introduced to the teaching and practice of Japanese Sei Ki master Akinobu Kishi Sensei.
Over the years Keith has studied with many of the worlds top Healers, Yoga and Tai Chi teachers and Zen Masters.
